The road to Papagayo Beach in the South of Lanzaro

The road to Papagayo Beach in the South of Lanzarote is a bit bumpy! One of the island's more popular beaches, we went there for sunset and were surprised at how full the parking lot was.

We turned around and made a few stops along the road before the sun went down. We enjoyed ourselves so much more wandering the area with he two of us instead of joining the throng of people on the beach.

Last year in June, we traveled to Denmark with our camper for ten days. Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain and temperatures as low as 9°C! I forgot my warm clothes at home, thinking we would enjoy some warm sunny weather..

But of course, when traveling North, you should always be prepared for every type of weather! My advice? Pack your shorts AND your mittens 🙈
