As a proud tea addict, my go-to’s are green and white teas—especially the ones with floral flavors like rose or jasmine.

No black tea for me, though—it’s just not my cup of tea (pun intended)! 😏

I’ve been working hard on something exciting—a new portfolio site and my very own Lightroom presets, now live in my shop! 🎉 (link in bio)

You’d think I’d be shouting it from the rooftops, but instead, I quietly hit “publish” and told no one.

Why? Because, as much as I thought I was comfortable being visible, fears have been bubbling up lately:

✨ Fear of showing up.
✨ Fear of change.
✨ Fear of not living up to my potential.

My therapist once told me that, as a child, I learned how to be invisible to avoid trouble. And while I thought I’d outgrown it, I’m realizing those patterns still show up.

So, I’m facing these fears one small step at a time. Hitting “publish” was one. Sharing this with you is another.

If you’ve ever struggled with being seen or felt fear holding you back, know you’re not alone.
